Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Kalabash Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”), which runs Steadfast, a faith-centered dating service for adults. By creating an account or using Steadfast, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Steadfast.

1. Who can use Steadfast

To use Steadfast you must:

be at least 18 years old;
be able to form a binding contract and not be barred from using the service under applicable law;
not have been convicted of a violent or sexual crime, or be required to register as a sex offender;
not have had a Steadfast account removed by us, unless we’ve agreed you can return;
be single: not currently married, including not legally separated;
be truthful about yourself, including your age, photos and relationship status.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure. One account per person. Don’t share, sell or transfer your account. Tell us at kalabashholdingsllc@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Your content

You own what you post: photos, answers, messages and other content. You give Kalabash Holdings LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process that content so we can run, improve and promote Steadfast to the extent needed to provide the service (for example, showing your profile to other members). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep information for safety or legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.

You’re responsible for your content. It must be yours to share, accurate, and follow the Community Guidelines.

4. Safety and other members

Steadfast is a place to meet people, not a guarantee of anyone’s identity, character or intentions. We do not run criminal background checks on members. Photo verification only confirms that a person resembles their photos. You are responsible for your interactions with other members, online and in person. Please read our safety tips, meet in public, and never send money to someone you haven’t met.

5. Rules and moderation

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may review, hide or remove content, and warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these Terms or the Guidelines, or that we reasonably believe put others at risk, at our discretion and with or without notice. Banned people may not create new accounts.

6. Paid features

Steadfast is free to use during early access. We may later offer optional paid features (such as Steadfast Plus). Prices and what’s included will be shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Purchases made through Apple or Google are handled under their terms, including refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile › Delete account. We may end or suspend your access as described in section 5. Sections 3 (to the extent needed), 4, 8, 9, 10 and 11 continue after your account ends.

8. Disclaimers

Steadfast is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off Steadfast.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kalabash Holdings LLC and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, or for harm arising from your interactions with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to Steadfast is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Kalabash Holdings LLC harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of Steadfast, your interactions with other members, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at kalabashholdingsllc@gmail.com and try to resolve it informally for 30 days. Any claim must be brought individually, not as part of a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Steadfast after that means you accept the new Terms.
